This building is being constructed with financing provided through the New York State Homes and Community Renewal affordable housing program and The Human Resources Administration of New York City.
Please note that at least five (5) units will be fully accessible, adapted and move in ready for persons who have a mobility impairment and at least two (2) units will be fully accessible, adapted and move in ready for persons who have a hearing or vision impairment.
